On September 20, 2007 Councilwoman Miller introduced a resolution, which was adopted, calling on stores to voluntarily stop selling toy guns to stem the murder rate in the city. Download miller_toy_gun_resolution.pdf . Maybe she should next introduce a resolution for a toy gun buyback program in the city. Pretty pathetic.
