Candidate Rudnick and Green Party of Pennsylvania Chair Hillary Aisenstein were evicted from outside the Acme Market on Germantown Avenue on April 9th where they were peaceably collecting signatures to place Rudnick on the ballot for City Council and Lew Harris on the ballot for City Commissioner. Acme Market management apparently called police reporting a robbery. Rudnick files protest, asks clarification, requests explicit permission to collect signatures. Read it here
