Rudnick Files Nomination Papers to Get on November Ballot!

Download rudnick_for_city_council_051407_press_release.doc This morning at 10:00 AM, we filed with the Philadelphia County Board of Elections to run for the 8th District City Council seat in the General Election on November 6, 2007. We submitted the signatures of 900 registered voters who live in the 8th District, comprising Germantown, Mount Airy, Chestnut Hill and parts of North Philadelphia.

Green Party Supporters to Work Polls on Primary Election Day

The Green Party is establishing a presence on election day at the polls to help get Rudnick and Lewis on the ballot for the November General election and to make voters aware of the ballot questions and to suggest Yes and No votes.  Only those who think Philadelphia deserves better than a virtually one party system (Democrats) need help out! "I am an environmental educator and an attorney. When we don't take care of the land, stormwater runoff pollutes our rivers, the source of our drinking water.. The same is happening in Philadelphia politics - it's polluted. I am running on the Green Party. We are out to change that."
